This is the only image of my baby Kelly Danielle, almost thirty plus years ago. The picture was old and faded, so I painted it to restore this happy day that she was born back in 1984 at Hollowman AFB where my then husband Jeffrey and I had so many hopes and dreams for her as soon as she was born. Unfortunately, she only survived six days before she died of a mitral valve disorder, and the doctors and nurses could not get her stable to have surgery. I know the pain never really goes away, there's good days and bad days. My heart goes out to anyone that has lost a baby or child at any age, that's why images are so important, especially professional memories, capturing them for you to hold onto for a lifetime.

I have done art and photography since I was a child, and have made A's mostly in every one of the eleven colleges and universities I've attended across the country. I am the happiest when I have a camera in my hand and/or I'm drawing a person, myself, of something I see of interest and beauty. I have sold many of my images locally and to my friends and family, one to a top builder who now has a beautiful image hanging in the foyer of his beautiful home.
